What are your opening hours?
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM. Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Sunday: Closed.
Do I need to book in advance?
Appointments are recommended, although same-day appointments may be available depending on availability.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive approximately 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins may be accommodated when availability allows, but appointments are recommended.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Can I book more than one service?
Absolutely. Depending on availability, multiple treatments can be scheduled together.
Do you offer lash extensions?
Yes. ÉLANE offers Classic Lash Extensions — a 90 minute appointment at $175.
Do you offer facials?
Yes. ÉLANE offers the Signature Glow Facial ($145) and Dermaplane + Glow ($165).
